Value-based Sanitation: Sanitation value chain for human happiness and resources management

It is well recognized that “Sanitation” is the hygienic means of promoting health as well as treatment and disposal of human waste, and sanitation is one of the important factor to control material flow and resource management. This study is aiming to propose the value-based Sanitation as a common future system for both developing and developed world which has the following basic polices: 1) Analyze current user’s value chain including food, sanitation and economical activities, and find available potential resources in and around sanitation material flow; 2) Find effective way to connect the potential sanitation resources to next value chain, in the most cases it would be agriculture.
