A result of Aakash project was featured by Department of Energy, Office of Science. In this study, to evaluate uncertainties in climate simulation, researchers systematically quantified the effect of aerosol mixing state on aerosol optical properties.

The results of this research were published in “Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics” on July 19, 2022. Dr. Joseph Ching, a member of the project, is one of the authors.
