Purpose of seminar: This workshop explores tools and strategies that allow urban consumers to contribute to ecological sustainability and support rural agricultural economies through everyday food purchases. Members from Working Group Four (WG4) will present on issues related to the development of a multi-indicator, integrated food labelling scheme tentatively named the “EnQ Label.” The seminar will be followed by a meeting of WG4 and other project members to discuss concrete research plans.
