【Abstract】

The purpose of the research essentially is to demonstrate that the problems were real and to provide information to the Government for developing policy to prevent and control the problems. The need to recognize and implement several steps on ‘bridging research to policy divide’ knowledge is important for researcher, they are include: starting from research on real problems; disseminating results openly through seminars, symposia, workshops and roundtable discussions; involving key decision makers, politicians and other people in the dissemination of the research results; involving mass media in publishing the events and disseminating the research results; attending the Government invitation to be a member of the team in preparing the draft Government regulations; and becoming a government messenger to implement the regulations.
