Abstract This international seminar aims to share knowledge and new ideas for promoting sustainable and resilient land management through the transformation of policies and practices. The agenda will include presentations from International, European (Finland, Italy, the UK) and Japanese speakers and will also allow time for discussion and further development of key points emerging from these perspectives.
