Description
Under the supervision of the Program Director (Specially-Appointed Professor Motoji Matsuda), the Incubation Studies, Feasibility Studies, and Full Research projects of the "Creation of Environmental Culture Program" are being carried out from this fiscal year, and the successful candidate is expected to perform the following tasks: to confirm the state of progress, to analyse noteworthy findings and interim results of each Incubation, Feasibility Study and Full Research, and to evaluate them from a Program Perspective of ‘Dialogue between Science and Culture’, and to disseminate them in English through the program's website.

Employment
1)PhD in the fields related to environmental studies, sociology, geography, area studies, anthropology, economics, business administration, etc
2)Experience in research activities to approach the issue of global environment from society and a view of the culture.
3)Working Visa Eligibility that allows for employment in Japan.

From October 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023 (This contract is not renewed)

Days, Hours
Part-Time Employee :
2 workdays per week (Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays and End of the Year Period off)
Salary Part-Time Employee :An hourly wage of 1,400 JPY
Benefits Part-Time Employee : Based on provisional criterion stipulated by National Institutes for the Humanities: commuting allowance, overtime pay
Insurance Health insurance, pension insurance and unemployment insurance are not applicable.
