The purpose

The purpose of the symposium is to discuss intensively and exchange information concerning the linkage of environmental alteration by humans, pathogens and human.  It is also hoped that the symposium will both encourage international cooperation in these topics and stimulate all of our researches.

The major topics

1. Environmental alteration by humans;  2. Ecology of pathogens and their hosts
3. Infection process and ecosystem effects;  4. Economics and culture;  5. Health
