【要 旨】
- Under the uncertainty of climate change, what type of water management is required? Water users associations are a vital institution that supports the water management at the end use level. Under the future scenario of climate change and water availability, the possible adaptation of the human dimension will be discussed from the research results at the Seyhan River Basin, Turkey.
