There are 18 laboratories on the first underground floor of Research Institute for Humanity and Nature (RIHN). These laboratories are shared for research projects. In the laboratories, there are not only shared instruments (e.g. a stable isotopic ratio mass spectrometer) but also various samples collected both at home and abroad. "Center for Coodination, Promotion and Communication" (CCPC) and the research project groups work together for management, maintenance, and improvement of the facilities.
