Conditions of Data Use

  1. If users cause any damages on any third party, RIHN and Project C-05 by the use of data, users must accept all claims for compensation. Also, users are not able to ask RIHN and Project C-05 to pay the damage.
  2. Users should not distribute data to any third party without RIHN and Project C-05’s prior
    consent. Use of the data for any commercial purposes is also prohibited.
  3. The source of data should be duly acknowledged in scientific or technical
    papers, publications, press releases or other communications regarding the Products.

利用条件

  1. 本データベースの利用により、利用者が第三者またはRIHNおよび総合地球環境学研究所研究プロジェクト C-05:"都市の地下環境に残る人間活動の影響"に対して損害を与えた場合は、利用者の責任と費用をもって解決し、RIHNおよび総合地球環境学研究所研究プロジェクト C-05:"都市の地下環境に残る人間活動の影響"に一切損害を与えず、何らの負担もさせないものとします。
  2. 利用者は本データを、RIHNおよび総合地球環境学研究所研究プロジェクト C-05:"都市の地下環境に残る人間活動の影響"の許可無く第三者に提供しないこと。また、商業的な活動に利用しないこと。
