Abstract.

Abstract:  With the increasing development of valley economy，water environment pollution and water resources shortage along Heilongjiang valley were becoming more terrible. The thesis investigated and analyzed environmental equality along Heilongjiang valley regarding the harmonious development between environment and economy as the aim from the view of water environment, and evaluated water environmental equality along Heilongjiang valley,and also indicated water environment pollutional characters along Heilongjiang valley. It had pratical meanings to make reasonable plans and to promote the process of fathering contaminated valleies and also had  important pratical value and guidence to investigate water environmental   sustainable development along Heilongjiang valley.

黑龙江流域水环境质量状况与特征分析

摘要：近年来随着流域经济的不断发展，黑龙江流域水环境污染和水资源短缺日益严重.本文从水环境出发，以环境与经济协调发展为目标，对黑龙江流域环境质量进行分析研究,本文评价了黑龙江流域的水环境质量,并指出了黑龙江流域水环境污染特征。为制订合理的治理方案,并有重点、有计划、有目标地推进污染源的整治工作具有现实意义,同时对研究黑龙江流域水环境的可持续发展具有重要的实用价值和指导意义。
